Do you copy protect the DVD videos?

No. You are allowed to duplicate each DVD and VHS we provide you with as much as you would like. The downfall to doing this is that with each DVD we provide a custom cover for each DVD which we maintain copyright too.

How can we trust our project will be completed in time?

First of all after our initial consultation by e-mail or the phone, we will decide on a completion date. On that day your project will be sent by the method you specify. We also insure each shipment for $500.00 to guarantee it will be treated with care by each shipping company.

I’m nervous sending my original photo’s to you.

We agree, we recommend you scanning them yourself or having a local retailer scan them and forward the finished photo’s to us. This prevents the possibility of them being lost in the mail‚ however our company will scan your photo’s and then produce your slide show or web site.

I would really like to have a photo in my show but it’s quite damaged.

We offer a free photo fix sample that we will post on our web site for you to view. If you are happy with the finished product you can choose to use it or not. We will also put the associated cost on the web site for your specific photo. This keeps your cost down as some photo’s will not take that much time to fix and therefore won’t cost very much.

Will my photo’s be color and contrast corrected? If so will I receive a copy of those photo’s?

Yes all photo’s will be enhanced free of charge to be used in your slide show. For a small fee we can send all enhanced photos that were used in your project on a CD so you may use them for other purposes.
